Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strategic B2B partnerships through proactive relationship management
- Coordinate operational activities between partners, clients, and internal teams
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Facilitate communication channels to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Support partnership agreement negotiations and compliance monitoring
- Streamline onboarding processes for new B2B partners
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to align partnership strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership coordination or B2B operations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and partnership management tools
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
