As we continue to expand the Padel community in Indonesia, we need an outgoing professional to build strategic alliances, secure high-value sponsorships, and create exciting brand activations at our premium facilities. The ideal candidate is a networking powerhouse with a proven track record in sales, account management, or event sponsorship. If you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and have a knack for closing deals, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and secure new partnership and sponsorship opportunities with relevant brands.
- Develop and execute creative activation proposals that align with Padelio’s brand identity.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing sponsors to ensure mutual growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsored events and tournaments.
- Prepare sales presentations, business proposals, and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential partners and market trends in the sports and lifestyle industry.
- Represent Padelio at industry networking events and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sponsorship, B2B sales, or partnership management.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta corporate landscape and networking circles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A proactive, energetic, and 'go-getter' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, to support events.
- Passion for sports and wellness is a significant advantage.
