Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with company growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing actionable insights to optimize collaboration results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track KPIs and address operational challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on partnership activities and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding performance targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in a high-pressure environment.
