Tanggung Jawab
- Manage parts inventory including receiving, storing, and distributing components
- Assist service technicians and customers in identifying correct parts specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Tesla's proprietary systems
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely parts delivery
- Provide technical support on parts compatibility and availability
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Process parts orders and manage returns/defective components
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive parts management
- Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
