Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in parts sales or after-sales service
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
