- Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing daily department operations and strategic initiatives
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and parts distribution systems
- Lead, train, and supervise parts department staff to ensure high performance
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely parts availability for repairs
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain client relationships
- Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive parts management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts inventory systems and supply chain processes
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a service-oriented environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to company branches as needed
