Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and process parts sales orders for generator equipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist the Sales Engineering team in managing semiconductor-related projects and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock reports for both generator parts and semiconductor components.
- Liaise with suppliers to secure necessary parts and negotiate favorable terms.
- Prepare and submit technical quotations and proposals to clients in a professional manner.
- Provide after-sales support to resolve product issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in parts coordination, sales, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry or generator equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
