Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and process parts sales orders for generator equipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist the Sales Engineering team in managing semiconductor-related projects and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock reports for both generator parts and semiconductor components.
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure necessary parts and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Prepare and submit technical quotations and proposals to clients in a professional manner.
  • Provide after-sales support to resolve product issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and project deadlines.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in parts coordination, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry or generator equipment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
