Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for automotive parts and supplies
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming parts shipments
- Process and fulfill parts requests from production and service departments
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate inventory management software for real-time stock tracking
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss or damage
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of critical parts
- Prepare monthly inventory reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in logistics preferred
- 1+ years experience in inventory management or warehousing
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and work in storage environments
- Basic knowledge of supply chain operations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours during inventory counts
