Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of incoming parts and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Operate and calibrate precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, with high accuracy.
- Document inspection results and record any discrepancies in quality logs or digital systems.
- Identify and report defects or material inconsistencies to the production supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection workspace at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Technical Arts.
- At least 1 year of experience in parts inspection, quality control, or a related manufacturing role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect minor deviations or defects.
- Basic ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, diagrams, and work orders.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with using inspection software.
