Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate parts inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely replenishment
- Support after-sales service teams by ensuring parts availability for repairs
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends for optimization
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and waste
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline parts distribution
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in logistics/business preferred
- 1+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic knowledge of electronics components advantageous
- Valid NBI clearance and clean background check
