As a Parts Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in this mission by maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and flow of our parts warehouse operations.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our extensive spare parts inventory. From receiving international and local shipments to verifying stock levels and coordinating with the service department for urgent repairs, your organizational skills will directly impact our service delivery speed and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all incoming and outgoing automotive parts using the inventory management system.
- Conduct regular physical cycle counts and comprehensive annual audits to ensure 100% stock integrity and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels daily and generate purchase requisitions to ensure the constant availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
- Organize and optimize the warehouse layout to improve space utilization and facilitate faster picking and packing processes.
- Inspect all received shipments for quality, damage, or quantity shortages and manage claims with suppliers or logistics providers.
- Coordinate closely with the Service Department and technicians to provide timely parts availability for vehicle repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Process parts returns and manufacturer warranty claims in strict accordance with company and Hino corporate policies.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the parts department, adhering to 5S principles.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the automotive, heavy equipment, or transport industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and mechanical components is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and hands-on experience with ERP or specialized inventory software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving parts when necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Must be a resident of or willing to work full-time in Cagayan de Oro City.
