StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Parts & Inventory Technician / Warehouse Coordinator to join our expanding team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the lifecycle of automotive parts within our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient logistics operations. The schedule is structured to ensure work-life balance, with office hours and the requirement to work on alternate Saturdays (5.5 days a week).

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of automotive parts and components to ensure stock integrity.
- Perform regular stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or internal distribution with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of parts and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Update inventory databases and generate reports regarding stock levels, usage, and shortages.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods using forklifts or hand trucks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or the automotive parts industry.
- Familiarity with inventory software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is required.
- Ability to work on a 5.5-day work week, including alternate Saturdays.
- Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks and lift heavy items safely.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or Citizenship.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
