Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring high efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels using the SAP system, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock.
- C coordinate closely with the Sales and Service departments to fulfill customer requests and vehicle orders promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of parts stock, ensuring data integrity within the SAP database.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
- Analyze sales data and inventory trends to forecast demand and minimize stock shortages.
- Handle complex customer inquiries regarding part availability and compatibility.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and quality regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
- Preferably with significant experience working as a Parts Manager in an automotive company.
- Must be proficient in using SAP software for inventory management.
- Must be a resident of Metro Manila.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
