- Manage and optimize the parts inventory system to ensure optimal stock levels
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular audits
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast parts requirements
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or parts control
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
