You will take full ownership of the development cycle—from conceptual planning and technical specification to final registration and quality assurance. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the operational excellence of Suzuki’s extensive service network.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development process for new and existing spare parts, ensuring alignment with Suzuki’s engineering standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Procurement, and Production to streamline the part development roadmap.
- Execute the formal registration process for spare parts, ensuring all technical documentation meets regulatory compliance.
- Analyze market demand and vehicle performance data to prioritize part development and inventory planning.
- Monitor the quality and feasibility of new components through rigorous testing and trial phases.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, engineering drawings, and bill of materials (BOM) for all assigned parts.
- Resolve technical bottlenecks during the development phase to ensure timely project completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in automotive parts development, production control, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD software, and engineering documentation.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and spare parts classification.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple development cycles simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality control standards.
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English, with strong analytical and communication skills.
