Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for heavy equipment parts to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to customers regarding Komatsu, Bomag, and LS machinery components.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, from initial customer inquiry and quotation to final delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure parts availability.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients in the construction and mining sectors.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team to improve service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints or technical queries professionally, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in parts sales, automotive, or heavy machinery industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local dialects.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory management software.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and own transport are required for field-related activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
