You will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our customers, managing inventory inquiries, and driving sales growth in the region. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for heavy equipment parts to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to customers regarding Komatsu, Bomag, and LS machinery components.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, from initial customer inquiry and quotation to final delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure parts availability.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients in the construction and mining sectors.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team to improve service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints or technical queries professionally, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in parts sales, automotive, or heavy machinery industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local dialects.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory management software.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and own transport are required for field-related activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
