Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and group events with high energy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their specific needs and event requirements are met.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operational staff to ensure timely delivery of food, beverages, and entertainment services.
- Drive guest engagement through organized activities, games, and interactive ice-breakers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting party area throughout the event.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the promotion of venue events and upselling add-on services to guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, or events.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- High energy, outgoing personality, and a natural entertainer.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional, friendly attitude.
