Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on elevators, escalators, and travelators
- Conduct systematic safety inspections and compliance testing per national/international standards
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex system failures
- Train clients on proper equipment operation and safety protocols
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for assigned systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in elevator/escalator maintenance
- Certification in passenger moving systems (e.g., OTIS, Schindler, KONE) preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (SNI, ISO 8385)
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and electrical schematics
- Valid electrical/mechanical work permit
- Physical ability to work at heights and confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
