Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage check-in counters and process passenger documentation with high accuracy.
  • Provide flight information, boarding assistance, and gate services to departing and arriving passengers.
  • Handle flight disruptions, delays, or emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly travelers and unaccompanied minors.
  • Ensure strict adherence to airport security protocols and airline safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with ramp, ground handling, and cabin crew teams to ensure on-time flight departures.
  • Resolve passenger inquiries and complaints proactively to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation-related roles is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be service-oriented, well-groomed, and possess a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-security airport environment.
