Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and luggage handling procedures
- Provide directional information and answer travel-related inquiries courteously and accurately
- Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly travelers, families with children, and mobility-impaired individuals
- Monitor flight information displays and make appropriate announcements when necessary
- Coordinate with ground operations and airline staff to ensure smooth passenger flow
- Handle passenger complaints and escalate issues to supervisors while maintaining composure
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of passenger service areas
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent; candidates with higher qualifications are encouraged to apply
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or service industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle stressful situations calmly
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift luggage up to 20kg
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
