Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues for passenger electric vehicles.
- Support the aftersales service team by providing technical guidance and documentation for vehicle repairs.
- Conduct regular vehicle health checks and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with regional technical teams to resolve escalated warranty and repair claims.
- Maintain comprehensive records of technical interventions and vehicle service history in our internal database.
- Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on the latest EV battery and powertrain technologies.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and quality control standards at service centers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service engineering, or vehicle maintenance.
- Strong understanding of EV architecture, high-voltage systems, and electronic diagnostic tools.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a high aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
