Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, adhering to brand standards and recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, handling payments, and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar, service areas, and seating areas.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, assisting with inventory management.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and accuracy.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee origins, and brewing methods, offering recommendations as appropriate.
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic operation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a reputable café, hotel, or restaurant setting.
- Proven ability to operate espresso machines and produce high-quality coffee and latte art.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and coffee origins.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as a daily worker.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
