Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a wide range of Starbucks beverages, adhering to strict recipes and quality standards.
- Provide legendary customer service by warmly greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and personalizing the Starbucks experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including workstations, public areas, and equipment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Educate customers on Starbucks products, including coffee blends, brewing methods, and food offerings.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for partners and customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising as required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or food and beverage role is preferred, but not essential – we train passionate individuals!
- A genuine passion for coffee and providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
