Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, with consistent quality and presentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in latte art to enhance the visual appeal of coffee creations.
- Craft refreshing mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Barista and/or Waiter in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment.
- Demonstrable skills in latte art and comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Proficiency in preparing a variety of mocktails and other specialty beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation regulations in a food service setting.
