Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining and social experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the resort's POS system.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor guest consumption and exercise responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a hotel, resort, or high-end bar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional grooming and a warm, service-oriented demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
