- Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to primary school students, aligning with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and intellectual curiosity.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student development and well-being.
- Integrate a variety of teaching resources, technology, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Participate in school events, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Contribute to the development and review of curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) teaching English to primary school-aged children.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of child development and primary education methodologies.
- Ability to create and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills and ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Relevant teaching certification or a TEFL/TESOL qualification is highly desirable.
