Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate music lessons using Aureus Group's unique story-driven curriculum.
- Inspire and motivate students through creative, interactive, and fun teaching methodologies.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
- Prepare students for recitals, examinations, and other performance opportunities.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators on curriculum enhancement and innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate actively in professional development programs and school-wide events.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during lessons and school activities.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience teaching music to young children (ideally 2-12 years old).
- Proficiency in at least one primary instrument (e.g., Piano, Violin, Guitar, Voice).
- Strong understanding of music theory, pedagogy, and child development.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for music education and the ability to inspire young minds.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in Singapore and possess the legal right to work full-time.
