Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate PE curriculum focusing on fundamental movement skills and swimming techniques
- Conduct swimming lessons for beginner to intermediate students in a safe, supervised environment
- Organize and facilitate intramural sports competitions and recreational activities
- Assess student physical capabilities and provide personalized feedback for skill improvement
- Maintain comprehensive records of student progress, attendance, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate physical wellness into cross-curricular projects
- Ensure proper maintenance of sports equipment and swimming facilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- Current certification in swimming instruction (e.g., Swim Instructor, Lifeguard)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in physical education or aquatic programs
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency in designing inclusive PE activities for diverse age groups
- Strong classroom management and motivational skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working in international or multicultural educational settings
