Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts according to established recipes.
- Ensure the kitchen area, equipment, and workstations are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels and report supply needs to the kitchen manager promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new seasonal pastry items and optimize existing recipes.
- Operate professional baking machinery (mixers, ovens, proofers) safely and effectively.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of baked goods to retail sections.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen setting.
- Possess strong foundational knowledge of dough handling, fermentation, and pastry techniques.
- A keen eye for detail and high aesthetic standards in cake decoration and plating.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen environment.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong commitment to food safety protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
