- Design and execute innovative pastry menus including desserts, cakes, breads, and confections
- Manage pastry inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budget efficiency

- Ensure all products meet quality standards and presentation requirements
- Develop seasonal specials and promotional dessert offerings
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in pastry operations
- Collaborate with kitchen team on menu integration and consistency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional pastry chef experience in high-volume establishments
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent pastry certification preferred
- Expert knowledge in baking techniques, cake decoration, and sugar craft
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Portfolio demonstrating artistic dessert presentation skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
