Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts according to standard recipes.
  • Design and execute visually stunning plating presentations for both daily menus and special events.
  • Manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of fresh pastries.
  • Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies to minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in strict compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and test seasonal dessert menus.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper pastry techniques and presentation standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry ingredients, baking science, and flavor profiles.
  • Proven ability to create intricate and beautiful dessert presentations.
  • Certification in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a collaborative kitchen team.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
