Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake diverse pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts using traditional and innovative techniques
- Design and execute visually appealing dessert presentations that align with brand standards
- Manage pastry inventory, including ingredient ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate dessert production and service timing
- Develop seasonal menus and special pastry offerings to drive customer engagement
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient pastry station operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional pastry or baking experience
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Portfolio demonstrating creative dessert presentation skills
- Certification in food safety and handling preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian and English communication
