Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute production plans for mooncakes and cookies, ensuring high-quality output and consistency.
- Develop innovative recipes and flavor combinations while maintaining traditional standards.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including raw materials and packaging, to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor production deadlines and coordinate closely with the sales team during peak seasons.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished goods before dispatch.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant culinary qualification or diploma in Pastry Arts or Baking.
- Proven experience in mooncake and cookie production, preferably within a reputable food manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of local and international pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate or equivalent hygiene certification.
- Passion for creating visually appealing and delicious products.
