  • Monitor product quality and make continuous improvements based on feedback and testing results

Kualifikasi

  • Professional culinary education or certification in pastry arts
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
