Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, bake, and present premium desserts, pastries, and breads following hotel standards
- Develop seasonal menus and special dessert offerings aligned with guest preferences
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols
- Manage pastry inventory, ordering, and cost-effective ingredient utilization
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff on techniques and presentation standards
- Collaborate with culinary team to coordinate dessert offerings for banquets and events
- Maintain immaculate workstations and equipment according to sanitation standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
- 2+ years of professional pastry preparation experience in hospitality or high-end bakery
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Expert knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation aesthetics
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and high-volume events
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and reporting systems
