In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the head chef to ensure that all daily orders are executed efficiently and on time. Additionally, you will maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, organization, and safety at all times. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in the daily preparation and setup of the pastry station before service.
- Ensure all food items are presented attractively and served at the correct temperature.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook, Baker, or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality presentation.
- Good communication skills in English or Indonesian.
- Physically able to lift heavy items and perform manual labor.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
