Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assist in the production of pastry items, cakes, and desserts according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Execute intricate decoration and plating techniques to ensure high visual appeal and appetizing presentation.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the pastry station and kitchen area.
- Assist senior chefs with ingredient preparation, mixing, baking, and finishing processes.
- Monitor stock levels of baking supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow strict safety and food handling regulations (HACCP standards) at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service and consistent product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, bakery, or culinary environment is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Possess a strong passion for baking and a keen eye for detail in food decoration and plating.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, physical kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team structure.
- Willingness to learn new culinary techniques and adapt to changing menu requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
