Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry products.
- Develop and test new recipes to expand the menu and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients, rotating stock and minimizing waste.
- Decorate pastries and desserts with precision and artistic flair.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate production schedules and meet service demands.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a pastry cook or specialist in a bakery, restaurant, or hotel.
- Certification in pastry arts or culinary arts from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and pastry chemistry.
- Creativity in developing new pastry designs and flavor combinations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency under pressure.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
