Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hospital services and procedures.
  • Handle patient registrations, admissions, and discharge processes with high attention to detail.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and medical staff to resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the hospital reception and waiting areas.
  • Collect and process patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to minimize waiting times.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and privacy policies regarding patient data.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, patient relations, or a hospitality-focused role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and ideally Mandarin or Hokkien.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and patient care excellence.
