- Manage high-volume inbound calls and digital inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
- Effectively identify patient needs and determine the appropriate type of assistance required.
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments while ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate information regarding healthcare services and scheduling policies.
- Resolve customer service issues through active listening and professional problem-solving techniques.
- Document all interactions accurately within the patient management system.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient workflows.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or healthcare administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding scheduling data and patient information.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with patient needs.

- Completion of at least 2 years of college education or equivalent experience.
