Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within the healthcare database system.
  • Verify patient insurance information and demographic details with precision.
  • Provide empathetic and professional guidance to patients regarding medical facility procedures.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless appointment coordination.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and data privacy regulations at all times.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality and efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment, preferably in a healthcare or scheduling role.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Availability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, pioneer-account environment.
