Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

- Answer inquiries regarding hospital services, departments, and operating hours.
- Direct patients to appropriate medical staff or departments efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold professional standards.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
