JobStudio is seeking a dedicated and proactive Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant to join a vibrant, fast-paced clinic team in the East Region. In this 1-year contract role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and register patients, ensuring all personal information is accurate and updated in the system.
- Manage clinic appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with high attention to detail.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding clinic services, waiting times, and basic medical information.
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments via cash, NETS, and credit card, and reconciling daily financial reports.
- Coordinate closely with doctors and nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow during peak hours.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area to ensure patient comfort.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and managing patient medical records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or customer service role is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, clinic management software).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients of all ages.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-moving clinical environment.
- Strong sense of ethics and understanding of patient confidentiality (PDPA).
- Able to commit to a 1-year contract duration.
