Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration and verification of documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and follow-up consultations efficiently.
  • Handle patient enquiries via phone and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Process billing, insurance claims, and payment collections accurately using healthcare management systems.
  • Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical administrative tasks and patient flow management.
  • Maintain and update electronic medical records while ensuring strict patient confidentiality and data privacy.
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties of the clinic, including inventory management of front-desk supplies.
  • Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and provides a comfortable environment for patients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N', 'O' Levels, A-Levels, or a Diploma in any discipline.
  • Strong passion for the healthcare industry and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (multilingualism is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare will be highly regarded.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to work on shifts or weekends if required by the facility.
