Join the National Skin Centre as a Patient Service Associate and become the cornerstone of our patient experience. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking specialized dermatological care, ensuring seamless operations at our Novena clinic. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with clinic executives and medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Handle billing processes and payment transactions accurately
- Manage clinic resources including inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support patient flow management during peak hours
- Uphold confidentiality standards for patient information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of customer service or healthcare administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and medical software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Must be able to commit to contract duration requirements
