Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level certification with good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or hospital settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse patients
- Proficiency in computer applications and hospital management systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
