Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient registration and check-in processes for specialist outpatient clinics.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and rescheduling using the hospital’s management system.
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
- Process payments and provide accurate financial counselling regarding consultation fees and procedure costs.
- Assist clinical staff in clinic rooms to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Maintain patient records with high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with hospital information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
