Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure all patient documentation is accurate and confidential.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and clinic operations.
- Process payments, manage insurance claims, and handle daily cash reconciliations.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and managing medical supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment for all patients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with medical scheduling software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume specialist clinic setting.
- Demonstrated patience and empathy when dealing with patients of all backgrounds.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or alternate Saturdays if required.
