Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Manage electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure all patient documentation is accurate and confidential.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Process payments, manage insurance claims, and handle daily cash reconciliations.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and managing medical supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment for all patients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with medical scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume specialist clinic setting.
  • Demonstrated patience and empathy when dealing with patients of all backgrounds.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts or alternate Saturdays if required.
