Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet patients upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations via phone and in-person.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) while ensuring strict patient data privacy and HIPAA compliance.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure laboratory test preparations and instructions are communicated clearly to patients.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage cash transactions for medical services.
- Assist in the preparation of patient documentation and administrative reports as required by the laboratory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to promote a positive patient experience.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course, preferably in Medical Office Management, Nursing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a medical front-desk role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic database management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a professional demeanor when dealing with patients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Willingness to work on-site in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
