Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular foot patrols around the designated premises to ensure site security and safety.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Perform access control duties and verify credentials of authorized personnel/visitors during night hours.
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports of all patrols and occurrences throughout the shift.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company policies within the nature environment.
- Respond promptly and calmly to alarms or emergency situations in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in general security-related tasks to maintain a safe and orderly environment for all stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in security, patrolling, or customer-facing operations is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid PLRD security license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to work permanent night shifts consistently.
- Strong observational skills with a proactive mindset toward safety and hazard detection.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings clearly and professionally.
- Physical stamina required for extended walking and patrolling duties.
- Professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Basic computer literacy for the purpose of digital reporting and log-keeping.
